Construction Restoration Services is a fourth generation company and has been in the construction trade for over eighty years. We are a family owned and operated business, currently a father/son/daughter team, along with our qualified employees. Our family owned company has had a few name changes along the way reflecting what the company does.

It all began with Harry Reid who started H.L. Reid Decorating. He had a medium size crew of painters and wallpaper hangers. Upon his retirement, his son, Harold Reid, a licensed designer, took over the company, along with his brother, Lloyd Reid. In 1978, Skip Reid, son of Lloyd, started working for Harold & Lloyd.

In 1981, when Harold retired, Skip decided to carry on the family tradition, also being trained in drywall work by his father-in-law, and he named his company Reid Drywall and Painting. After several years, the company started doing a lot more than just drywall and painting, so at that time the name was changed to Construction Restoration Services. Both of Skip's children started working in the company at an early age and in January 2007, Skip made his son Jarid and his daughter Ashley partners in the company.
